Suggestions: My call with Alina was a welcome surprise. I have struggled over the past few years to effectively communicate some of my requests to other operators, either on account of my own embarrassment, or what I perceived as judgment on the part of the person on the other end of the line. The kind of call I tend to request (guided storytelling/fantasy with elements of science fiction and mythology thrown in) requires quite a bit of legwork and intelligence on the part of the woman I\’m speaking with, so I know it\’s not for everyone, but I often get the feeling that other operators resort to pro-forma phrases and set pieces; like they assume what has worked for others they\’ve spoken with in the past must automatically work for me. My experience with Alina was 100% the most creative, understanding and enthusiastic call I\’ve had with this service in years.\r\n\r\nAnd that\’s exactly what it was, an experience. Not a call, not a service. Alina offered me the immediate kind of attention and willingness to connect that I felt less like a john being charged for her time and more like a person talking to another person. Free from judgment, free from expectations, and able to open my mind and inner most thoughts to someone at least willing to listen, she facilitated an exchange that figuratively transported my consciousness to another realm. I really can\’t sing high enough praise. \r\n\r\nTo boot, I called her later in the week to see if she would be willing to work with me on a future series of calls, something that could build off of what we had spoken about earlier and adapt and grow. I had planned to keep the call short, just to discuss a few details, but decided to see if she could provide the same experience on the fly toward the end of the interview. She knocked it out of the park!\r\n\r\nI\’m surprisingly excited to be able to connect with her in the future, and I feel like I\’m in capable hands, going forward. But even without this possibility, even if I were never able to speak with her again, I feel like that first call was worth shouting out loud about. She really is one of a kind. \r\n
